cell bio is pretty broad...what particularly do you find interesting?

there is soooo much basic science/translational research going on that requires you to take care of cells.

i loved cell bio! i thought the t-snares and v-snares were incredible. vesicle movement......amazing stuff.

i'm guessing you want to find a research lab at your future medical school? i would go to the med school's website, look up faculty profiles, and search for people investigating membrane biology. if your med school has an affiliated undergrad or biology grad program, you can also search faculty research blurbs at those schools too.

cell bio was my favorite class too. Research i didn't care so much for though.

Look into stem cells, very interesting. It has that "new" feel.

Seems like a pretty broad interest to me...

You say you like membranes why not look for cystic fibrosis research (CFTR chloride channel deficiency). It is a common disease with a lot of work being done on it. You should be able to find something related.
