Not a no-no as far as I know--there are just literally hundreds or even thousands of threads just like that already floating around. For the real good stuff forget pre-allo and head on over to the EM residency or clinical rotation forums. I especially recommend "Things I learn from my patients" and "Funniest Chief Complaints". Those will keep you up all night long.
