Remove U Florida and Central Florida since they will "yield protect" with your stats. You could add these schools:
Hofstra
Einstein
Cornell
Northwestern
U Virginia

I'm just so worried about my application, I love my activities so much, but this application is ripping me apart. i hate feeling judged by a 5300 char narrative and 700 char activity descriptions. i read my LOR from my PI and it's extremely strong which surprised me, but i haven't seen my other LORs and im worried about those. im worried about everything tbh; I feel like it's all at best average. i used to feel so confident in my career decision - I even loved MCAT studying - but this application season has made me question my commitment to medicine. it feels like im stepping head-first into an absolutely financially and mentally draining hole that will be the next 8 years of my life, before i can finally emerge on the other side. i cry on the phone to my mom every night. Secondaries haven't even started...
Take a deep breath. Your application is good. Have advisors review your writing. Start pre-writing secondaries in a strategic way after your primary is submitted, don't try to do it all at once.

First, take a breath. You have a great application. Receive my feedback with this in mind because it's impressive. Stop worrying about things that you cannot control. Trust the process.

Non-clinical volunteering:
  1. 200 tutoring, 200 for a summer camp for kids affected by a parent's cancer
Tutoring is something that practically every prehealth student does and does not count towards "service orientation."

I like that you have service orientation experience as a summer camp counselor. Where I would want you to improve is to have something more consistent rather than a summer opportunity. Do you have any service orientation non-clinical community service (food distribution, shelter work, job placement services, transportation services, housing rehabilitation) where you are in community with people in distress?

You say you have interest in women's health, so maybe you have done work with women's shelters.
You say you have interest in primary care, so maybe you can break down the shadowing and clinical experience to highlight this?
What are your leadership experiences?

Understand the process is a marathon. Medical education is a marathon. It's not logical and relies a lot on human subjectivity. There are no guarantees, and I know it causes anxiety for everyone. You're going to have imposter syndrome for the next 10 years as you try to rise up the medical workforce pecking order/hierarchy. It is hard for everyone, but you'll have issues similar to other Asians in general American society who are rising professionals (see professional workshops by the Society for Asian Scientists and Engineers). But you can do it anyway. Find APAMSA chapter officers at the schools on your list and talk to them before and during your application process (and certainly once you matriculate).

@Mr.Smile12 Thanks for the too kind compliments and for the feedback. I should have specified the tutoring is for elementary school students in ESL from inner city. I taught them English. I hope that this fits in service orientation.
Service orientation: I appreciate what you are doing, but ESL is still very common among prehealth applicants and doesn't move the needle among many of the faculty I have worked with.

I think overall you have a theme, though it seems slightly narrow. Do you only do work with Chinese individuals who aren't fluent in English? If you are going for the language-concordant primary care theme for your application, a lack of service and involvement for populations outside your Chinese heritage who also are not fluent in English may put you at a disadvantage for the top schools located in diverse cities and value inclusion for underserved groups.
