   2. MA (started immediately after I submitted primary, 1000+ hours now but not reflected on primary. Discussed in my secondaries)

   1. Foreign language elementary school tutoring (100hrs)

Your lack of physician shadowing and non clinical volunteering (besides tutoring) was a factor in not receiving more interviews. Accumulate 40+ hours of in person physician shadowing and 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank or homeless shelter before you reapply. There will be significant waitlist movement starting late April. MCG would be your best chance.
