At 1.5 months after turning 22, I would hope that I'm single.
 
What do you mean by "hope" to be single?
 
I mean that it's far too early to be getting married at 22.

Ah. Yea, free to roam the world. I see about half of my friends who got married early are now split. Four couples split while and after professional schools mostly due to jealousy and long distant issues. Sad... People seems to know what they want better in their later age. A couple of them wanted to go back but couldnt because needing to support a family.

Ah, well. I just recently split up with my undergrad girlfriend because she got into Pitt this year, and we decided not to do long distance. Also man, if you know for certain you've found the girl, that's great. But the fact of the matter is that we're still so young, I wouldn't want to rob myself of the opportunity to meet someone later on.

Nice contribution. This poll needs modification. Serious relationship, seriously one-sided relationship, complicated relationship, and open for experimentation categories were seriously overlooked.

Sorry, I was just doing it like some family site demographic...they group "Dating" singles together with the non-dating singles.

Think about it this way. When shopping you don't just buy the first thing you see. The wise person tries on a lot of shoes before buying a pair.

Personally, I think shoe shopping is awesome.

Then you have never been around people in any sort of professional school. Med school, law school, dental school, etc. are very 90210/Melrose incestuous.

That's not to say everyone hooks up (the gameless and nerds do not), but the option is there and it certainly happens.

Certainly. It helps you figure things out and iss all part of the shopping process.. ;-)

Just make sure to be respectful when trying shoes on. Nobody likes dealing with a rude customer. Particularly after trying the shoes on. ;-)

It is mostly arising from my opinion that getting married early is certainly not for me. But as I'm sure Euph36 knows, it's far more fun to be indirect and imply.

Speaking of dirty shoes, I was waiting for someone to mention that. I try to stay away from the shoes that everyone has tried on. At best, they tend to smell.

I'm off folks; going shopping tonight, so to speak.

dirty is definitely not good, but there's something to be said about vintage.... broken in in just the right places. with the right fit & look it's classic perfection!
