I should probably know this - however

do dental student study all year rought ie. Fall, Winter and Summer of do they study just for fall and winter ie september to May

It depends on the school. Most schools are year round, but you get between 1-4 week breaks between quarters (4 quarters a year) or Semesters (3 semesters a year). Some schools will also give the first summer off for the time between 1st to 2nd year, and some schools give an extended break in or around the time that most of their students are studying for Part 1 NBDE examinations.

I think Louisville is year round. We start quit early actually - on July 3rd and we get a few breaks a year which is a couple weeks long.
