I have a question to ask all of you... Today I fell and banged my 2 front teeth on a hard piece of plastic. I looked in the mirror and could faintly notice 2 small dents on both of my teeth, it is not noticable unless you look close or the light is shining on it, but I am still feeling down able it... Can't believe I could have done something so stupid. My question to you is if my teeth will heal naturally from this, and if so, how long will it take? I'd hate to have to go to the dentist and get it fixed... right now my 2 front teeth are tingling, maybe they are beginning to heal?

The SDN forums aren't for seeking professional advice. You need to consult with your dentist. Good luck!
