Depressed on my score!

I got my score yesterday and it is 88. i had given my exam for the 2nd time and still couldnt get a 90. i cant take it again. I dont think i can do better than this time. I am really confused. Do i stand any chance to get admitted for 2007? I have a GPA ECE 3.18 and WES 3.89 and my TOEFL score is 267. Does anybody know if people with 88 have any chance admitted to BU? What are the chances to get accepted at schools on the west coast? I am very depressed and worried if i will be able to get admitted atleast during this cycle.

Instead of surrendering to confusion and being worried why don't you take your chances and apply to as many schools as you can. 88 is a good score, heck it's better than mine ! Best of luck 👍

To be really frank, BU looks for only the part-1 score , not even part-2 if u have and the work experiences. when I was told by my friend to retake the exam again I felt very disappointed but he was true , though I was called for an interview , I was not given a seat and the worst part was I know few of the gals who spoke English with grammatical errors got into the program only because they had a better score than me.( mine-89).'-(

As for ucsf and pacific nobody knows the exact criterea as not all who were called for interview by UCSF were not called by pacific!!!!! but they don't only look for the score they also see other good things that students have.

so Don't worry and get disappointed , just apply for schools and do well in your interview .Nobody can predict but everyone has to undergo this pain...to get something u really want..

Thanks everybody. I decided that i would just go ahead and apply to every school that lets me apply with these scores. Let me try my luck. I did all i can and i will leave the rest to god.

i wrote chinese.. it means: work hard.
i was a chinese dentist.
now in nyc...prepare for part1,,dreaming of get into school.
work hard.
