yes, there is a surgeon that does the "money first and then services are rendered"
that particular general surgeon makes next to $1,000,000US a year .... he has a degree in business or something like that and has learnt how to by-pass the insurance companies and lets the patients pay him for everything
what he is in actuality is a specialist in laparscopic surgery, doing a private practice
i think u need a good list of clients (or patients) meaning u need Rockafeller type people coming to u for such a practice to work
