So I have been taking a CNA class this semester including a clinical but due to the testing dates will not be certified until after I apply to med school. This class will obviously show up on my transcript but I feel like it might be overlooked. I actually did get a fair amount of clinical experience during this class. Is there anyway I could put this class, or just the clinical, on my activities section? Or would I just look stupid for doing that after having it on my transcript?

It doesn't matter that the class is on your transcript. If the experience of taking it and the acquired clinical experience were notable and worthy of comment, then it's fine to use a space for it. I'd suggest using the "Other" designation, since it isn't either volunteer or employment.
