Dear SDN,
One of my strongest attributes that I will have on my application is my thousands of hours of clinical experience. All of them were working as a CNA just in different settings such as the hospital and nursing homes. In all the settings I functioned basically the same; obtained vitals, assisted with ADL's. When I am asked to described my experiences in AMCAS/ AACOMAS, I would hate to just put 'obtained vitals, assisted with ADL's, etc.' but I really don't know what else to put. Since this is one of my stronger parts of my application I really want to make it shine but putting such a boring description won't do that. Advice?

If you have already talked about it significantly in your PS, you don't have to go too far in depth in the activities section. Refrain from repeating things. If you have more to say about what you learned, put it in. You can make it a "most meaningful" experience on AMCAS and write more about it.

If you don't have much more to say, jut describe the experience/what you did.
