Hi guys,
I had problems with 131. It says in the solution that a secondary halide treated with a strong, big bulky base yields the less substituted alkene (E2). I don't get that, can someone shed some light on that concept and maybe explain other scenarios like tertiary halide? Is this some kind of rule? Thanks
