Anthracene and Napthalene have a lot of conjugation..so which has more? If they wanted shortest wavelength=highest frequency=triple bond without conjugation. You can do it! 😀 Upvote 0 Downvote

I'd just add that highest wavelength is most stable because its the one at the lowest energy level. And i don't think its overkill to be familiar with anthracene and napthalene for instance.
