Detailed questions about transcript verification

Hi,

I know we have to send all transcript to AACPMAS where they are verified. Now what I am curious about is does the AACPMAS send copies of the transcript to the Podiatry schools? Or do they just send the schools your science GPA, General GPA, etc?

EDIT: I found the answer: Q: Will AACPMAS send my transcripts to my designated schools and colleges of podiatric medicine? A: No. The transcripts that you are required to send to AACPMAS DO NOT get forwarded on to your designated schools and colleges of podiatric medicine. Upon specific request, you may need to send an official transcript directly to the school.



So what do they send? Just GPA?

They send everything you filled out online. So that would include the classes you took and grades.

When you fill out the application you send your transcript to AACPMAS they verify it and schools use the application class grades to evaluate you. Schools will accept you based on your application but may require a proof of graduation or final semester grades through transcripts sent directly to formally accept you into their program. No need to worry about transcripts to each and every school until after interviews though....
