In the Acknowledgments section of goljan RR he mentions that "I believe that the book will be extremely useful in performing well during clinical rotations and the Step 2 examination, especially with the addition of diagnosis and treatment to the book."
To me, this implies that treatments/diagnoses aren't as emphasized on Step 1 (aside from the blatantly obvious things like metronidazole for Entamoeba and things like that). Is this true? Knowing this info would definitely affect how I study.
