Yes this is a very feasible goal. CARS is the hardest section for people to improve in, so having a high CARS score already means you're already ahead of the curve. All the science sections are easier to improve on, since all you need to do is review your gen sciences. Given that you have more than enough time for content review, you should see great improvement there. As long as you stay consistent with your studying (and as long as your CARS score wasn't an anomaly), then a 520+ should be very achievable for you.
