I've been reading that it has not much importance, or that it really didn't give a good assesment. What is your input on taking it?

1) Did you take one?
2) Where did you take it? (Kaplan Course, Berkley Review Course, Examkrackers, Etc.)
3) What did you Score?
4) Your MCAT Score? (Breakdown, BS, PS, V)

I haven't taken the MCAT yet, but I used AAMC 3R as my diagnostic to gauge how I fare over the course of my studying.
