i know this topic has been beaten to death, but I couldn't find a good answer.
For ordering tests- say it's a dementia/vascular demerita/pseudodementia case. Would you still order a TSH/B12/RPR to rule out reversible causes of dementia??
I guess I'm just confused on whether you can list tests that are not specifically related to the top 3 differentials?
