can some one who has already appeared in nbde part1 plz tell me if we have to know every chemical representation of things in biochem like formula for oleic acid,etcsecondly do diagrammes come in exam?

Make sure that you know rate limiting reactions and and their enzymes. You won't be able to retain ALL of reactions' details by time of examination
