Did anyone recently take part 2 exam?

I have a question for those who have recently taken part 2 exam.Is ADA now giving out a comprehensive examination score or a subject wise score ?And what about the grades,do the recent score cards reflect grades,like Honors or Average, National Average?Also,does the part 2 score card reflect the part 1 score as well on it? would be happy to get these answers or if somone has a scanned format or a copy.Couldnt find a format on their website though.

1) Yes Part 1 + Part 2 scores are now given on the same form
2) You will get subjectwise scores ie. raw score of 38 out of 50. Along with National average for that section.
3) You will also get a cummilative comprehensive score for Part II
