My professor would record his lectures and post them up after class on there. From my understanding of ItunesU, the content on there may be a little more dense and precise than what you'd need for the MCAT. If you're weak on a topic and need a little bit extra, then I think it would come in handy. EK's Audio Osmosis is pretty good.
