Those are the same ones I used and I just took the DAT last week, so it's still up to date enough. I think there might be a little difference but it's basically the same thing (so I've heard). Just supplement the videos with destroyer and you'll be good.

Course saver over Orgoman Prep class?

If you're actually in NY then I would for sure jump on that. It just wasn't really feasible for me since I don't live in that state. Otherwise chad is awesome.

yes, I am in NY - I already signed up for summer course - just A TON of money, still deciding. You did really well though without it!

I think what you are really paying for is the ability to ask questions about things you don't understand. That's basically what I used this forum for. It's obviously doable without in-person learning, but you probably also get put on a plan and are told what you need to do to keep up. Pros and cons to both sides! Actually only pro to not taking the course is just saving money. So up to you.

I remember going through coursesaver ochem and QR and Chad constantly mentioned the DAT but when my subscription expired and I used his websites to watch gen chem I realized he was teaching a class at a university Arizona or something and no mention of DAT, it seemed like the information directed less to DAT

ah okay, okay. thanks for the info! I am unfortunately still deciding. so stressful!

Course saver and chads videos only cover the basic material on the DAT. You def need to use other resources. When I took the DAT I used chads, Destroyer, datbootcamp, DATqvault, dat achiever, and CDPAT.

gidoc3. Im assuming your talking about Romanos class. I have tons of friends who took it. Did wonderful things for most of them.

Chem is chem though, right? How different were they? If I'm debating, should I still get coursesaver?

He implied coursesaver is directed more towards DAT. So get it. Plus why aren't the videos the same? Did he make a new set of videos or something?

Yes chemistry is chemistry but in coursesaver every once in a while in the videos Chad would say stuff like this is an especially important topic for DAT or he would give some tips or tricks that were directed for DAT takers and he would skip some stuff if he felt it was not important for DAT but in his own website no mention of DAT in the gen chem videos, i didn't watch the other ones.

also chad's video were $50 for a month and you get QR, OC, GC, BIO it's not too bad but I understand if some want to save that for other stuff
