Did I mess up with my MCAT info?

I test on the 18th, and found out tonight that I accidentally entered on my MCAT info that my birth date was 1-1-94 instead of 1-6-94.

Is this fixable if I contact AAMC in the morning? after all of this prep i would be quite angry if i didnt get to test.

Or would it matter at all since all my info on the AMCAS is correct?

Yes, you can change it- I go by my middle name and forgot to register using my first name, they let me change it but I had to wait like a week or so. They may just push your date.

Push my date? like when i receive my scores? Im worried that the testing center will not let me test. all the other info is exact except for that, and if need be i can bring multiple forms of ID including my birth certificate to the center so i can test. delaying is not an option for me because if i wait to take the exam any later ill be jeopardizing my chances as MD programs this cycle.

Like they'll change your test date- bc they won't let you test unless your info is spot on

so there is no way to change this before then? Even if all my other info is correct they wont let me test?

If they push my test date, then my MCAT scores wont come out until August. If that happens there is no way ill even be considered for MD spots

I hope I am over-reacting. i've been searching for hours and I cant find anything about birth date. It is almost entirely about having your name correct and having a valid ID with signature.

Dude. Even if you take the MCAT a week from today, you'll still be complete by the end of July/beginning of August. As long as your GPA is on point for pre-med and your extracurriculars are well-rounded, being complete in August should not be a problem. You're fine. Somebody back me up on this.

It's almost like you're asking for the anxiety. Nothing anyone says in this thread actually matters. What they say at AAMC when you call them is what matters.

Crisis averted. I called AAMC this morning and they said that as long as my name matches the name i put on the registration form, ill still be able to test and use my scores.
