Hello, this is my first post, and my question to all is the difference between specialisation and subspecialisations in EU countries...
for example in my EU country(bulgaria) one can specialise in cardiology, pulmology, endocrinology etc etc... without having a degree in internal medicine, but in Germany and other countries one must have internal medicine spec. degree, so one can start subspecialising these specialities..
what is the difference between this kind of education, regarding job offers in Germany or England and other EU countrie?
thanks in advance
