Mods, didn't know where to put this.
Say you go to a school that requires a laptop, or that you need a laptop for school(undergraduate). You apply for financial aid, and you get 100% paid from financial aid(pell grant, fasfa, whatever) How do they expect you to buy a laptop if you cannot afford school, or housing? They make programs to obtain one free? I personally am not qualified for financial aid, but was just watching tv about poor citizens, and welfare, and I was thinking how do they expect that.
