Disadvantaged status?

Do I have to fill out the rest of the boxes regarding education funding, US residence, etc. after I put "no" that I'm not a disadvantaged applicant?

Nope. Leave that blank if you say you're not disadvantaged. That box is only for those who are disadvantaged to elaborate on their status.
