Disappearing Threads!

Is it me or do some threads on SDN vanish? I subscribed to a thread and can't locate it anymore. I got an e-mail saying there was a new post and got an "invalid thread" message. I went through the most recent threads since the date of the last post and it's gone! What happened? Anybody know?

In Jan, I noticed that too. So bummed out that I can't access my fav old threads w/o doing a search. I PMed Lee @ this--he thought it was a random thing that my subscribed threads were erased, but I'm thinking maybe it's a way that the new server is cutting down on storage.

No, some people erase their posts after they've posted them. 🙄 And if you erase your post and it was the one that started the thread, then the whole thread is automatically erased - including all of the responses.

you could do it now or later, hell you could do it whenever you want. 😛

you just click on edit button at the bottom right hand corner of your post and it gives you an option to delete it.
