Medical Discovered error in application after receiving acceptance. Should I be worried if I haven't heard back from the dean yet?

I received an acceptance to a pretty great school out west in early January. A few days afterwards, I found an error on my application (one that is about content and not simply a spelling, grammar, or hour error), so I emailed the dean of admission to let her know about it. It's been a few weeks and I heard nothing back. What should I assume about my acceptance at this point? I know applicants should not draw even more attention than necessary to an error, however, should I send a follow up email? Because if for some reason they decide to verify this error, it will become very clear that what I wrote was not the truth. In terms of the error, it was completely unintentional. In other words, it wasn't about a particular experience or anything I personally did, so I don't believe the dean would think I was initially lying on my app. I think the error would be closest in situation to an applicant who made a mistake on their hours (and even then, I think that doubling hours would be worse than the error I made). For reference, I emailed another school about this error pre-decision and received an acceptance from them last week (so I don't think the error was too significant), but unfortunately, I emailed this particular school about the error post-decision.
Take a deep breath and go on as normal. IF you're thinking that they're going to residence your accept, take an even deeper breath and calm down.

So I know that the dean is very busy, but would you think that after a few weeks she should have at least seen my email? I just don't want this to come and bite me in the rear after April 30th due to the dean not reading my email.

Otherwise, that is such a relief to hear. The past few weeks I considered myself rejected from this school until proven otherwise. Should I change that mentality at this point and (finally) celebrate my acceptance?
Granted, I would reply after getting an inquiry similar to yours as soon as I could, but not all admissions directors and deans are that responsive. If you have evidence you sent the email in advance, I wouldn't worry that a surprise happens April 30 or later with your offer, especially if you already received a different offer after notifying the second admissions office. So that said, you are not rejected until the school actually rejects you so don't freak out.

But you are saying that if you did open/read it, and found a problem with it (ie were considering rescinding the offer of admission), you would contact the applicant ASAP for further investigation?
I would... but I'm not every dean/director of admissions. Just to give you peace of mind whether the issue would warrant a deeper inquiry or not.

I just feel guilty because I let them know after they accepted me. I'm also a little worried given that I heard nothing at all. I'm mainly just asking this: if this error were to affect my acceptance in any way, would I have at least heard something by now?

The fact that I haven't heard anything back is only making me more anxious.
