Dismissed Assault charge

I got into a fight with a family member a few years ago. I ended up being arrested but not convicted the charges were dismissed and sealed. Will this keep me back from becoming a physician?

Nope. Especially if they dismissed the case you shouldn't have to report it on AMCAS
