So I was calculating my GPA today, and my oGPA is a 3.66 and my sGPA is a 3.38 - is this something to really worry about or not? Is feel like my science and overall might be a bit too far from each other...

Nah. But I suppose it depends on ratio of total non-science to science coursework you've taken, your major, and school reputation. If you majored in a non-science, this is totally to be expected. Also, EVERYONE knows that science courses are graded more harshly than non-science courses. Take it from me--I majored in sociology. 4.0 major GPA; 3.3 sGPA. Accepted to every school to which I applied except Harvard.
When it comes down to brass tacks, how much does school reputation actually matter to adcoms. I go to a no-name state school - would someone with similar stats at Columbia have a major leg up on me? Seems to be a degree of favoritism rather than meritocratic
