Dissertation Research GPA AMCAS Calculation

Does anyone know if AMCAS calculate dissertation research gpa from all semesters in the graduate school, or just from the first semester?
The course named "Dissertation Research" shows up on every graduate semesters of my transcript. There are +50 hours of it, and since I earned almost all As on this course, my gpa was greatly improved.
The question is does AMCAS see it as a course in series and only use a portion of its hours*grade when calculating graduate gpa?

Not quite sure but I'd imagine that you enter the credit hours and the course grade so you'll get credit for that grade for every credit hour you have, ie all 50 + hours of it. AMCAS has a pretty extensive guide available for the application.

One thing to note though, graduate school grades aren't given a lot of weight for medical school admissions anyway unless you do poorly. Grades are often considered inflated. Undergraduate gpa and graduate gpa are calculated and listed separately.
