Hey Everyone,
Are there any DO schools that do not take or strongly dislike students taking 1 premedical science course with lab through distance education?

I don't believe that will be an issue, unless the school that you're taking the class at is not accredited or is out of the country. Is it?

Otherwise, if it's just a normal college/university that offers an online version of a class, they won't even know that you did it any differently.
