Distribution of topics on step 1

Does anyone know where I can find a breakdown/distribution of topics tested on step 1? I'm not talking about the one that can be found on their website but something more like (i.e Heme/onc 4%, Respiratory 5%, GI 7%) etc?

Don’t worry about topic breakdown. Study everything. USMLE is not a min/max exam.

Every test varies some people will have 20 micro questions whereas another person can have 5 or none. You need to study everything and focus on the 3P's Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology
