Which is better? Should you try to do both? The First Aid website has a "triple play" deal for 600 dollars that includes the Qbank, Flashfacts, and Express videos for 1 year. I know the Qbank is highly recommended but what about the other two? Thanks!

IMO (and others will certainly disagree), I thought both were very good and if you have time, try to do both. To rate them on absolutes, I'd say Qmax > DIT > Express. I have no experience with their Flashfacts. Both video sources basically "read you First Aid" but this was necessary for me as I do much better from watching a video than self studying the book. Both video programs have helpful workbooks and go at a good pace to make sure you cover everything in FA. I rate Qmax above the rest as this helped me so much with memorizing/going through/annotating FA. It is very helpful that they have a PDF page of the relevant FA topics in the explanation of each question. Ultimately, the best resource is Uworld but I did most of Qmax before starting Uworld and it was very helpful.

Again, the biggest argument against these video sources is that they just read FA to you. This may be true but they go at a timely pace and are good for people like me that don't get much out of reading.

Overall, I would recommend all the resources you mentioned (although I can't make a recommendation on Flashfacts). This is assuming you have adequate time to do all these. I did most of Express during coursework and I stretched DIT over about 30 days. I finished Qmax in 3-4 weeks along with DIT.

EDIT: I was answering your specific question but I hope that you do or will do Pathoma, which is far better than both video series.
