DIT vs. Goljan

That's not even a question worth asking .... sorry hahaha. Goljan definitely. Goljan just pwns every other step1 review.

Which should I do if I only have time for one thing before Step 1?
Depends on what source of Goljan you're talking about - book or audio? RR Pathology takes a lot of time. However, if you did DIT + G-audio I think you could fit that into your schedule because you can speed up the audio and it requires less time commitment.

After having completed DIT and using Goljan, I would say RR Path, only if you use it in conjunction with FA. However, I'm a firm believer that DIT + UWorld can easily net you a 240-250. I know several people who have done exactly this. So I would say DIT + UWorld + Goljan Audios (and get the best of both worlds).

Would it be possible to read 20 pages of Goljan a day, do DIT, and still do 48 Qs/day from UWorld? (Say you have 4 weeks left.)

This is actually my plan, also remember DIT will only take you 15 days of the 4 weeks, so you can scale back the 48 questions to maybe 35 in those days to make sure fatigue doesnt affect your absorption of the knowledge.

alternatively, you can just read the blue margin notes in goljan and get through it even faster

alternate to the alternate: goljan audio intead of reading so you can close your eyes and still learn and not get a headache every day..

I havent' finalized for sure what I'm doing, but today is June 2 and I take the test July 2.. AFGH!
