So PharmCAS can get very expensive very fast lol. Anyways what exactly does apply diversely mean, should I apply to a school in each state or all of the schools in one state depending on their mission statements?

You're probably talking about applying "broadly" which is to apply to low, middle, and top tier schools evenly.
