Stats for what? Overall average GPA/MCAT scores, class of 2017 so far, or something else entirely, such as board scores? Generally, most schools have similar matriculanting averages...

They really are no higher than the others, you forget, those stats are AVERAGE, meaning they have some below and some above, as well as some at the stated average
