I addition to the DO schools mentioned above apply to some of your Michigan MD schools including Central Michigan, Michigan State, Wayne State and Oakland Beaumont.
Do you plan on retaking the mcat? Since you have time between now and May, I'd advise considering taking another exam just to increase your chances at schools. Your GPA is good and with your mcat, you'd run a good shot at a handful of d.o school's (mentioned by @DoctorDay12)
I'd add NYITCOM as well you that list

I thought about it, but I think it's in my best interest to fine tune the other aspects of my application, and maintain my above average GPA.Do you plan on retaking the mcat? Should I add CUSOM with my stats?
What's your major? MCAT is pretty light for my school. Remember our main concern is your success, so avoiding course or board failure is foremost in our minds. Nice ECs, but your science pre reqs would also be of interest to me. If you decide to take the MCAT again, it's a bit of a risk because you would need to be in the 506 range to show significant improvement. Good luck and best wishes!

Looks pretty good, MCAT is the only concern for me, several points below our average. Interview would probably seal the deal for me. Good luck and best wishes!
You are competitive for CUSOM.Should I add CUSOM with my stats?
With VCOM you only need to send one app, probs sent to Virginia and it acts as an app for all of them. Yes all the PCOMs. There is also a new Cali and LECOM school your cycleThank you! Do you mean to apply to all of VCOM's and PCOM's locations?

Also feel like I should point out that I'm middle eastern.

Just for my own learning knowledge here @Goro and @Faha , 501 MCAT and OP should still be applying MD? Is middle eastern considered URM?
No [generally] and no, but OP has three schools in MI where his/her MCAT is at the 10th %ile for those schools. Hence, OP is in striking distance.Just for my own learning knowledge here @Goro and @Faha , 501 MCAT and OP should still be applying MD? Is middle eastern considered URM?

In fact, middle-eastern is considered 'Caucasian' under TMDSAS and likely the other two services follow suit.
