Say an innocent person was charged and the outcome showed that in a non-conviction. Will this be an issue with any of the branches for the hpsp program

What do you mean 'non-conviction'? Were you found 'not guilty'? Were the charges dropped or did you take some sort of pretrial diversion?

Yup. Not guilty. That's it. No pretrial diversion or anything.

Probably OK if verdict was not guilty but they'll want all the associated paperwork.
