I was put on hold post-interview at one of my top choice schools. The big negative on my application is my GPA, which got pulled down to a 3.3 by a horrible sophomore year. It looks like I'll 4.0 this entire semester, and I have a tough schedule (biochem, physio, microbial genetics, immuno, senior seminar, and human prosection lab). I've also been volunteering all semester in a research lab. I know that if I get accepted then my verified AMCAS gpa is what will be calculated into their average, but do you think that this semester should make a difference? If so, how big of one?
Thanks!
Thanks!
