I've just been invited for an interview at AZCOM for the wk of Oct 22nd. However, I'd like to postpone the interview until I move to California from Hawaii during the first wk of December and attend the interview say on Dec 6th or so. However, since I'm more interested in CCOM, if I'm invited for an interview there, I'll take the first one available in October. Would AZCOM know? Do they each know that interview invites have been given by the other school?

I don't know. I interviewed at CCOM and AZCOM. The interview scheduling web site is the same for both and will show both. While I doubt very much that they share applicant information, I think it'd be a bit naive to presume they can't find out about one another's interviews.
