Do classes from middle school count on gpa if...

So I'm seeing now that on my highschool transcripts I have 4 grades from middle school;

C Spanish 1a
C Spanish 1b

C algebra 1a
B algebra 1a


Are these going to be counted for my dental school gpa?! Because in highschool, I didn't take algebra 1, since I took it in middle school, and moved on to next level math. But I did retake Spanish in high school again. But now I feel it's really unfair if grades from middle school get counted in my gpa. I mean middle school!! What's really anoying me is that they are mostly freaking c's!!!
Like its really starting to tick me off. Like honestly middle school, we didn't even know why we were in school then, it was just what everyone else was doing, heck I don't think it even crossed our mind then. I don't know of my counselor at my community college just didn't know or if she's right. Someone please tell me those classes don't go in my gpa. -on a side note out of all the classes in middle school, only these 2 classes show, so I believe they were hs level.

It's best to call up the schools individually and ask.

Some schools will even look at your Kindergarten marks.

You can always retake that course. You'd be the oldest in the class by far, but it's never too old to go back to school. 😀

No, only courses that were taken at a university/college count towards your AADSAS GPA.

Dental schools have discovered that there is a direct correlation between your grades in middle school and your performance in dental school. I'm sorry to give you the bad news, but they will count. You also need to submit a handwriting sample from kindergarten. If you don't have one, you shouldn't bother applying. 🙁

The only thing an academic counselor is qualified in is giving you advice on how to become an academic counselor.
