This has just been something I have been wondering for a while. But do doctors have their own office for files, computers, and stuff like that?

Depends on what kind of doctor

Mostly yes, although some may share space with someone else if they work part-time or if they want to save money.

Most in academics do. Especially if you also do research/teaching. If you have a small private practice you might. If you are an employee at a larger private practice you might not. If you do shift work in ED or Urgent Care you often won't.

Private office space is by no means guaranteed, particularly early in your career, and even more so if you're in an academic environment. Ivy league faculty, millions in grants, tenure-track, shared office with no window, buy your own computer. It's a good reminder of how disposable you are to an institution with a 3 billion dollar endowment. But they've got stuff you just can't find anywhere else.

And most of us would trade office space for lab space any day of the week. I'll sit on the floor, but the post-docs can't.

Thank you guys! I was just always curious haha. Thanks again!!
