Your state school for sure. Your ECs are very average and nothing sticks out to bring focus on your application. You can try some low tier Private schools. I wouldn’t apply to any state public schools except Indiana.

You could receive interviews at MD schools and I suggest these:
Indiana
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Wayne State
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Also consider adding these DO schools:
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
AZCOM
CUSOM
PCOM
VCOM (all schools)

Chances best at Wayne state and IU. Any other MD? Focus on private schools where your Gpas are above their 10th %iles for acceptees.

You're fine for any DO school.
