Here are my stats:

Science gpa: 3.3
Overall gpa: 2.99 with an upward trend
MCAT: 19
Decent EC's

Do I have a chance? And is it too late to apply?

It's definitely not too late to apply, but it is getting pretty late in the cycle and classes are filling up. On the AACPM it says this;
"APPLICATION DEADLINE DATES

The deadline for PRIORITY consideration for the FALLEntering Class is April 1st. After that date, admissions are granted on a space available basis until the FINAL deadline date of July 31st. "

Your GPA looks okay for Temple, and I do know of people that have been accepted there with similar GPA's. Your MCAT score is lower than most applicants, but you never know until you apply. If you have good letters, extracurriculars, and show a good understanding of podiatric medicine in your interview than anything can happen.

Best of Luck.

I think that all of the schools are still interviewing, but some are putting students on wait-list already.

Your MCAT seems just a tad bit low, but don't quote me on that because I don't know everyone's stats that have matriculated.

I don't know how many have been accepted to our class, but the school has got the ball rolling for the incoming class. I'm only waiting for housing now...already have my award letter and everything.

I would suggest calling admissions and asking what your chances would be. Your MCAT is the most concerning since Temple has been trying not to accept anyone with anything lower than a 20 on it. I don't know how lenient they are though if you have other things to offer. So you should call.
