So I'm a Canadian student who took the american dat last April and scored the following:
16 bio
20 chem
19 orgo
18 pat
19 rc
15 qr
18aa
18ts
So I obviously knew I had to retake, especially since bio was low. So I retook the dat but this time wrote the Canadian version since the schools I called that take Canadians allowed the retake to be the cdat version. Anyways my scores are:
20 bio
20 chem
18 rc
17 pat
19 aa
20 ts
So while i dropped 1 point in both RC and pat (canadian percentiles for RC were brutal this year), I made significant improvement in bio and my chem score is decent too. Based on my gpa (3.4 cgp/sgpa) and dat, do I stand a chance for interviewing at schools like BU, UDM, NYU, Midwestern, ect.. with apps sent in early June? My Ecs are pretty good with club execs, tutoring, research, and a variety of other volunteer/work experience. I honestly dont want to write the dat a 3rd time, and even if i scored higher it won't look that impressive taking it 3 times in over a year.
