In http://www.cda-adc.ca/en/dental_profession/becoming/certification/general.asp
you read:

""Regardless of education, licensure or experience, non-Canadian and non-U.S. general practitioners must obtain a Canadian license to practise dentistry in Canada. To obtain this license, you must enter a 2-year qualifying program at one of the 10 Canadian dental schools accredited by the Commission of Dental Accreditation of Canada (CDAC).

To enter a qualifying program, you are required to complete the Eligibility Examination (EE) administered by the Association of Canadian Faculties of Dentistry (ACFD). To obtain further information about the EE, contact the ACFD directly.""

To write the EE, you can ask for a visitor visa; however, you can't apply to any canadian program without your PR.

attention: next EE is on Mai 12, deadline is March 21.

excuse my lack of information but what is PR?
i do not know what do you mean by that.

And thanks again.

PR is permanent resident card, its like green card.

hola,

😀
