I have filled out most of my AMCAS, but won't be able to apply until the fall 2010 cycle.

Will AMCAS hold onto my data or will I have to do it all over again?

I'm not sure how it will work since you're not actually applying this cycle, but for re-apps, they save most of your info. You have to re-enter essays, course work, and a couple of other things, but they keep your basic info, contact info, work/activities, etc.

If you're not applying this cycle, then, yes you will have to redo it. You can, however, save all your paragraph type stuff in a word document so you don't have to retype that (i.e. work/activities, ps).

Yep, that's what I would do. It will take you all of two days to fill out your AMCAS when you apply. Might work out well for you.
