Hey guys.
I am planning to appply for next cycle and i have all the required courses completed except for ochem2 and ochem2 lab.
I am going to take Ochem2 lecture next semester but I cannot take ochem2 Lab due to schedule conflicts.
But I am going to apply mid may or early June.
So I was wondering if taking ochem2 lab after I apply (during summer) would lower my chances to get accepted.
I currently have 3.430 GPA and I am probably gonna take DAT late June.
Thanks guys.

You don't need to have all the pre-reqs done by the time you apply (just before you matriculate), but its prob better to have most done, since you need a bunch of them for the DAT. There is some ochem lab stuff (NMR, IR, etc), but I believe most ochem lecture classes cover that too. If not, its fairly easy to learn. If it won't fit in your schedule, don't worry about it.

As long as pre-reqs are taken before you graduate you are fine. You can apply before you take the class, just put on the application that you plan to take the class before you graduate. Do good on the DAT and Ochem section, your chances shall be fine.
