Do I have to wait for all of my LOR to be in before submitting secondaries?

I've started receiving secondaries but I only have 1 (of three total) letters so far. I won't have my committee letter until mid-late July and my physician (DO) letter I should have in a week or so.

I'm having my letters uploaded through AACOMAS so will I be good to submit secondaries without them? Wont they automatically be sent to schools when they are uploaded?
